Michael's shop and HANGOUT Where you Hangout to make a change. Michael has been helping friends repair cars, trucks and motorcycles for over 20 years. A couple of years ago he started airbrushing in our two car garage so - we figured he needed a real shop because we knew he was not going to stop helping friends and family. What can you say the big guy has a BIG Heart ! It's been over 5 years that we created "Flames" and many friends and family have been hanging out at the Men's Room with him. Mike is a professional backyard mechanic and air brusher, who enjoys working and painting motorcycles, cars and trucks when he's not working his regular job. He likes to plan out his projects and is very detailed making sure every project is done right. He works with the vehicle's owner on designs, even paints a mailbox if needed. Half of the fun the owner's have had is getting to work with Mike on their own vehicle. Mike is just a great guy with a place to HANGOUT, have a beer, watch TV, work on or give pointers to someone on modifying a vehicle or two. Especially motorcycles !!! We call it "Hangout at Flames" because that is what it’s all about. So far most of the bikes & vehicles Mike has air brushed; the proud owners have hungout at the shop working on modifying their own dream ride. Ask Bubba he counted the 31 pieces on his scoot as he helped Mike sand them, a couple of times. You can also ask Bubba about the award he won at the bike show at Star Days, 2007. You know he was proud and he deserves it; he did a lot of work for his new look. We plan on making the shop a place where friends can come out and stay a while. We did have one friend take us up on the week-plan. Mike and Gary took his truck from old paint and poor body work to primer and a custom look in one week. Who knows what will be next.
